NCVO What Do You Believe In? Campaign

The NCVO (National Council for Voluntary Organisations) have launched a new campaign, entitled:

What Do You Believe In?

Campaign Supporter, Prime Minister Gordon Brown, says:

"I believe charities make a huge and positive contribution to local communities, which is why I'm backing this campaign to support thousands of organisations accross the UK".

NCVO believes that the way to encourage awareness of the impact of charities on the community is to get people thinking about issues and causes they care about, and then challenging them to act on this by asking "what are you going to do about it?".

As registered charities, the Volunteer Centres are encouraged to make use of the NCVO campaign and are actively invited to use its logos, straplines and press releases to promote local awareness.
